This year, the festival will be presented online for viewers around Australia due to the COVID 19 outbreak. The theme of this year’s festival is “flavours”, focusing on Taiwan cinema’s full taste and depth, catering to any cinephile with an eclectic palate.
第四屆《澳洲台灣影展》因應疫情影響，延續上一屆線上形式。今年影展的主題是「酸甜苦辣」——在當下全球進行的宅家防疫生活中，除了追劇之外，人們和爐灶相處的時間也變長，在廚房燒一道好菜，把親手創作的酸甜苦辣，曬到社群網路上似乎成為一種日常慰藉。《澳洲台灣影展》相信電影也能提供精神食糧，無論是在家或電影院，觀眾都能透過影像品嚐生活的酸甜苦辣，嗅出故事中難忘的味道。
